Event Information

In partnership with Department for Education this event, now in it’s third year, is ideally suited to the interests and responsibilities of all professionals working in academic organisations and who have a role in school resources such as finance, personnel, equipment, facilities and estates, and technology to name but a few.   Following an opening plenary the conference will offer focussed worksessions so each delegate will have a full day of relevant, practical and useful learning to implement in the workplace, securing the best value from resources and realising savings that can be re-invested into improving outcomes for pupils.

School Resource Management Summit 2024

in partnership with Department for Education

Department for Education, in partnership with Public Sector Connect, is proud to announce the third live national School Resource Management (SRM) Summit on Wednesday 5th June 2024. at the QEII Centre in the heart of Westminster.

The Summit will again bring together school business professionals, sector leaders and department officials to: showcase best practice; exchange ideas; provide networking; promote discussion and debate on the opportunities and challenges for school resource management.

This year the event will focus on how the DfE and ESFA plans to support investment in system leaders by supporting the development of financial and resource management skills across the sector. It will also provide opportunities to explore the range of tools and services on offer to schools that can also support excellent resource management.

Delegate places are free of charge for those who are employed by an educational establishment and/or a public sector organisation.* Delegates can opt to attend in person or access recordings of the plenary and work sessions post-conference.
